About The Position
Radiant Kids Therapy is a local, SLP-owned and SLP-run company with an incredible team of high-caliber therapists (SLPs, OTs and PTs). We place a lot of value and emphasis on providing unparalleled support for our incredible therapists. We have had numerous therapists tell us they have never felt so well-supported in a company. Since Radiant Kids Therapy's Director/Owner is a Speech-Language Pathologist herself, in addition to ensuring great support for our team of therapists, she also focuses on facilitating a positive, kind, professional company culture with high standards for providing excellent services. We would love to talk with you! We have had several new team members start in the past few months and we already have a need for more! Radiant Kids Therapy currently has more openings for excellent Speech-Language Pathologists to add to our incredible SLP team. We are looking for SLPs the upcoming school year (2025-2026). We are currently hiring for positions throughout both San Diego County and Riverside County, and we work with you to find a position within a suitable driving distance for you. We have both full-time and part-time options. We are looking for a great Speech-Language Pathologist who: loves kids, is professional, energetic, exudes kindness, encourages others on our team, is great at what they do and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist. One of many advantages to working with us (compared with working directly for a school district) is higher compensation and much greater support than you would typically receive working directly for a school district. Having worked in school districts ourselves, believe us- we know about these differences firsthand! While this is a School Contractor position, it is a W-2 Employee position with great benefits, provided by us. We contract with the school district and you would be an employee of Radiant Kids Therapy.
