As a School-Based Outpatient Therapist, you’ll work directly in school settings to provide counseling and support to students and families. This is your chance to advance your career while making a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Clinical practicum completed
• Ability to obtain required clearances FBI, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse

Nice To Haves

• LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or license-eligible

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with school staff and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Deliver crisis intervention and implement behavior modification strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training
