Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team serving students across Volusia County Schools . What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students’ needs. Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that support student success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams through IEPs, SSTs, 504 Plans, and problem-solving meetings. Track progress using EMR and other approved systems in alignment with DOE and Easterseals standards. Prepare reports, justifications, and documentation to ensure quality service and compliance. Mentor and supervise assistant-level therapists (COTAs), interns, and volunteers. Requirements
