About The Position

Join the Cross Country Education team as an Occupational Therapist in Cincinnati, OH ! We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to make a direct impact on K-8 students' well-being for the '25-'26 school year! Position Overview: Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students (grades K-8) across three assigned school campuses, with an estimated total caseload of 75 students (approx. 25 students per site). Conduct comprehensive standardized and ecological assessments to determine eligibility and level of service, documenting progress and attending all required IEP and 504 planning meetings. Implement evidence-based OT strategies that focus on improving students' fine motor, sensory processing, and executive functioning skills to foster academic and functional independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Unrestricted and Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) (Required)

Responsibilities
