We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based therapy team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy services to support students’ participation in school activities and enhance their independence across the educational setting. Now Hiring - Part time, with option to increase to full time. 2026-2027 school year

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active OT license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping children thrive in their educational setting.

Nice To Haves

School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to determine students’ needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the classroom and school environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
Monitor and document student progress while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student participation.
