School-Based Occupational Therapist (K-8) - Part-Time
About The Position
Join the Cross Country Education team as an Occupational Therapist in Cincinnati, OH ! We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to make a direct impact on K-8 students' well-being for the '25-'26 school year! Position Overview: Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to K-8 students across three assigned school campuses, managing a total caseload of approximately 75 students. Conduct comprehensive standardized and ecological assessments to determine eligibility and level of service, document progress, and lead all required IEP and 504 planning meetings. Implement evidence-based OT strategies focusing on fine motor, sensory processing, and executive functioning skills to foster student academic and functional independence. Ensure consistent service delivery across all assigned sites within a focused, part-time schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted and Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L) (Required)
- Prior school-based or pediatric OT experience and working knowledge of IEP development and implementation processes
