School Based MH Case Manager #2325-2-3
About The Position
Provide case management services to children in local school system. Position is responsible for ensuring that youth receive services to assist them in accessing needed medial, psychiatric, social, education and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs. Experience working with children and Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field preferred with one year experience of direct care or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as defined by DMAS. This is a full time 10 month position with some f lexibility in schedules. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
