School Based Mental Health Counselor

About Your Role: As a School Based Mental Health Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness. In this position, you will: This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a structured, collaborative environment. School Districts: Burrell, Fox Chapel, Highlands Part Time 15-29 hours/week. (min. 3 days per week, but can do up to 5 days)
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
- Must have a verified clinical practicum
- Or licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations – as outlined in program requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster growth and resilience.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation for your caseload.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
