About The Position

Supportive Community Innovations - Counseling is seeking to hire a licensed mental health counselor (LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, LCSW, LSW) to work part-time in our office on the Eastern Greene School campus. No postgraduate experience necessary. Our director is an HSPP and does our weekly clinical supervision. We highly value work-life balance and provide a proactive self-care environment. This position could be ideal for someone looking to have summers off. About the Company We are a small, locally owned private group practice established in 2023, providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children navigating mental health challenges. Our mission is to support people in overcoming the struggles that often accompany emotional and relational stress. Our practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming, and we are deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all people, regardless of background or identity. In summer 2025, we expanded our reach by entering into a contract with the Eastern Greene School System, allowing us to serve more individuals and families in need. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality therapy but want to avoid the administrative burden and financial stress of owning your own practice, we’d love to hear from you.
