About The Position

Seeking School Based Mental Health Case Manager to provide case management to children in local schools. Position is responsible for ensuring that youth receive services to assist them in accessing the needed medical, psychiatric, social, education and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs.

Requirements

• Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred with one year experience of direct care or any equivalent combination of training, skills and abilities as defined by DMAS.
• Flexible schedules are optional.
