Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to ill or injured students.
• Verify health and immunization status of students, ensuring compliance with state laws and district policies.
• Assist with screening clinics and immunize students in district immunization clinics.
• Maintain and coordinate health information for individual education programs (IEPs).
• Confer with students, parents, and staff regarding student health and maintain health office records, reports, files, and supplies.
