About The Position

As a School-Based Licensed Social Worker or Counselor , you will provide clinical assessment, mental health counseling, case management, and care coordination to students within your assigned school. You will collaborate with school staff, parents, and community partners to support students’ emotional wellbeing and academic success.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, or Bachelor’s in Social Work with LSW.
  • Current Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions to address mental health and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to support student wellbeing.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, document findings, and develop treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
