Position Overview: Provide dedicated, one-on-one medical and physical support to a middle school student requiring total dependent care throughout the school day. Manage and administer routine medical procedures, including G-tube feedings and medication administration, strictly adhering to the student's individualized health plan. Facilitate the student's safe transportation to and from school, while managing transfers (with Hoyer lift operation) and providing full support for daily living activities (ADLs) while on campus
Requirements
- Valid Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior experience in providing total dependent care, including proficiency with Hoyer lifts and G-tube feeding protocols
Responsibilities
