About The Position

Position: School based Clinician Company: Kentucky River Community Care, Inc. Location: Breathitt County Employment Type: Regular Full Time Credentials Required: Master’s degree Special skills/ knowledge: LPCC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW Primary Functions of the job: Provide screening, assessment and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers. Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families. Provide psycho-social evaluations. Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide consultation/ education/emergency services. Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required. Work with Consumer Access Specialist to ensure daily schedule is full to meet consumer needs and required professional time standards.
