About The Position

Position: School based Clinician (multiple positions) Company: Kentucky River Community Care, Inc. Location: Perry OP; Hazard, KY Employment Type: Regular Full Time/School Year Model scheduling Credentials Required: Master’s degree plus LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LPP Special skills/ knowledge: Experience working with children/adolescents. Shift/Days & Work Hours: primarily Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm Primary Functions of the job: Provide screening, assessment and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers. Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families. Provide psycho-social evaluations. Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide consultation/ education/emergency services. Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required. Work with Consumer Access Specialist to ensure daily schedule is full to meet consumer needs and required professional time standards. Requirements

• Master’s degree plus LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LPP
• Experience working with children/adolescents.
