Partner with Lead Occupational Therapists to implement interventions targeting fine motor, sensory-processing, and self-care skills. Maintain meticulous records of student progress toward IEP goals to inform multidisciplinary annual reviews. Modify classroom settings and activities to ensure students can fully participate in the curriculum and daily routines.

Requirements

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Connecticut State License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Prior experience with the Pre-K–8th grade population, ideally in a school-based setting
• Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-site, itinerant caseload
