Position Overview: Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across 2–3 campuses, ensuring consistent support for learners from Pre-K through 8th grade. Partner with Lead Occupational Therapists to implement individualized intervention plans that improve students' fine motor, sensory-processing, and self-care skills. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress toward IEP goals, providing essential data to the multidisciplinary team for annual reviews. Adapt and modify classroom environments and activities to ensure students can fully participate in their educational curriculum and daily routines.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (Required)
  • Active Connecticut State License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with Pre-K–8th grade students, preferably within an itinerant or school-based setting
  • Ability to manage a multi-site caseload with strong organizational and communication skills (Preferred)
