The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an integral part of the Student Support team, ensuring the principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methodology is implemented with fidelity to significantly improve students’ social and behavioral functioning. BCBA salaries are exempt and start at $82,620 and increase with years of experience. Please see the salary scale here. BCBAs can earn up to $4,000 in renewal add-ons to their base salary each year they return to KIPP DC. This is a Full-time, fully on-site role with an immediate start date. The KIPP DC school based behavior analyst will work closely with school mental health practitioners, school based student support teams, school leaders, and teachers to execute a tiered approach to behavior support at the school level.
