About The Position

At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for our Altoona and East Freedom, PA Schools. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to $80,000.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff – Train, schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
• Develop and oversee treatment programs – Create and manage behavioral programs tailored to meet the needs of clients with autism and related disorders.
• Conduct assessments – Use skill acquisition tools, functional behavior assessments, and other evaluations to identify client needs.
• Create and update treatment plans – Develop individualized behavior treatment plans, review progress regularly, and adjust as needed based on data.
• Provide supervision and direct support – Oversee treatment implementation by staff, consult with caregivers, and step in with direct intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams – Work with teachers, therapists, parents, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver effective services.
