About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking five exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to launch an impactful new program with the unique flexibility to choose a role that aligns with your professional strengths to specialize in a Full Caseload or focus on high-impact 504 Assessments. Position Overview: Conduct on-site behavioral observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across K-12 schools. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing direct support and training to educators and staff. Collaborate with IEP teams to analyze data and recommend adjustments to manage and reduce problem behaviors. Assess and complete reports for 504 plans to ensure accommodations are provided to students until eligibility for special education services is determined. This position is based at the district office, reports directly to the Program Specialist, and includes mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (Required)
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 10 months of school-based experience implementing and / or supervising Applied Behavior Analysis programs for students with Autism (Preferred)
