Child and Family Focus has partnered with DCIU to provide intensive behavioral and mental health supports to students placed in DCIU Aston Education Center, and The County Alternative High School (TCA). The position of the School Based Behavioral Technician will work with CFF team as well as DCIU teachers and staff in the classrooms to facilitate behavioral management and modification techniques. This position will work along with the students identified behavioral plans in an effort to decrease identified challenging behaviors. This is a 10-month, part-time position for the 2025–2026 school year, with a schedule of approximately 5.5 hours per day. Standard school work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We can offer flexibility with this schedule if needed! Adjusted hours or occasional days off may be considered, provided a consistent schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week is maintained. Please note that this position is part-time for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers the potential for growth, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the 2026–2027 school year!
