We partner with schools across Long Island to provide consistent, compassionate, and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians. Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
  • Prior school-based or special education experience (required)
  • Ability to work a full school-day schedule or flexible coverage hours
  • Reliable transportation to assigned school sites

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs as written
  • Collect accurate and timely data on student behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to support student success
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school, district, and insurance requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
