About The Position

The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs. This 10month position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.

Requirements

Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
The ideal candidate will have their BCBA certification
Must have relevant behavioral experience.
Applicants enrolled in a BCBA program and close to obtaining licensure are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
Deliver staff and family training
Support program development and data‑based decision making
Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
Provide supervision to ABA trainees (as eligible)
