Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (strongly preferred) to support language immersion and communication with diverse families
• Passionate about early childhood education and creating inclusive, engaging classrooms
• Experienced in leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans
• Able to meet state and company childcare requirements
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers including opportunities to introduce and reinforce both English and Mandarin language development.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class, supporting a culturally inclusive and language-rich environment.
• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, while ensuring all licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Communicate! Build strong, trusting relationships with enrolled and prospective familiesincluding Mandarin-speaking familiesto support each child’s success and strengthen your center’s community.

• Compensation range of $20.61-$21.41 based on Position, Education and Experience.
