About The Position

At Kid City CDC, it is our mission to provide the best possible care for your children in their early years, giving them a head start both cognitively and socially. Our experienced staff works incredibly well with kids and understands their needs, how to recognize them, and how to handle them. Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Hold a valid SC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified)
• Able to pass a background check
• Love working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children and staff to and from school, field trips, and special locations.
• Maintain daily and weekly safety inspections for the bus.
• Keep the bus clean, fueled, and ready for every adventure.
• Always prioritize the safety and well-being of our children.
• Lead and guide school-age children in a dynamic, engaging learning environment.
• Help shape their afternoons with structured activities and meaningful experiences.
• Be a role model who promotes safety, respect, and fun!
