About The Position
The School Age Group Leader at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is responsible for implementing activities and executing daily lesson plans for the School Age Before and After School sites and Summer Programs. This role focuses on fostering children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in alignment with the YMCA's mission and values, while working under the direction of the School Age Site Director.
