About The Position

At TLE, our teachers are more than educators—they are nurturers, role models, and community builders. We are seeking an SA Qualified Childcare Teacher who is also licensed and able to drive, to support our classrooms and help with center needs.

Requirements

• SA Qualified teacher certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous childcare/teaching experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet all state-specific childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality early childhood education, supporting the developmental needs of school age children
• Lead classroom activities that align with The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for children.
• Assist with transportation needs as required (driving children, supplies, or staff between locations).
• Communicate daily with families about child progress and milestones.
• Support the center’s overall success by partnering with leadership and co-teachers.
