About The Position
The School Age Child Care Site Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the YMCA by assisting in the planning and implementation of various activities for children aged 5 to 12. This position is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Site Assistant works under the direction of the School Age Child Care Director and is involved in a range of activities including arts and crafts, sports, and educational programs, ensuring the well-being of each participant according to YMCA guidelines.
