About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of clerical or administrative/office-based experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including word processing and data entry.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains LAM data including daily tallies of lessons, teacher attendance, student enrollments, and purchases.
  • Runs reports from the online system to support grant applications and faculty evaluations.
  • Assists with migration of data to new systems as needed.
  • Liaises with families and teachers regarding potential and existing students.
  • Manages the school schedule for lessons, recitals, and other activities.
  • Conducts bookkeeping functions including processing bills and sending monthly financial reports.
  • Maintains filing systems for bookkeeping and accounting functions.
  • Conducts HR functions such as new-hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintains documentation of HR functions in personnel filing systems.
  • Performs facilities management functions as requested.
  • Answers external phone calls and emails, and staff questions.
  • Attends weekly staff meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
