About The Position

Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, located at 3730 Broadway in Grove City, is seeking a School Accounts/Tuition Bookkeeper. The Tuition Bookkeeper is responsible for managing all tuition‑related financial operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and a spirit of service. This role ensures that families are supported with clear communication, timely billing, and compassionate assistance while maintaining the integrity of the parish or school’s financial records. The Tuition office is also responsible to support the School Finance activity and assist School budgeting.

Requirements

  • Organized, punctual, and able to communicate effectively
  • Experienced in technology and financial documentation
  • Holds an Associate’s degree or higher
  • Able to successfully pass FBI and BCI background checks and attend a VIRTUS Protecting God's Children Seminar

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute tuition invoices
  • Manage tuition and fee collection
  • Manage all state scholarship programs including applications, required documentation, payments, etc.
  • Collaborate with administration to implement funding requests related to special education program
  • Collaborate with the Parish Business Administrator
  • Assist principal with grant requests
  • Serve as the liaison between FACTS financial management system and parents/families
