About The Position

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Scheduling & Warranty Administrator to support our New Construction division. This role coordinates plumbing and HVAC scheduling, manages warranty-related requests, and communicates with builders, homeowners, and internal field teams to keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal oversight
  • Experience in scheduling, construction administration, or dispatch preferred
  • New construction and plumbing/HVAC experience a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Schedule new construction plumbing and HVAC jobs
  • Coordinate with builders, superintendents, homeowners, and field teams
  • Manage and track warranty service requests
  • Maintain accurate schedules, job records, and documentation
  • Adjust schedules due to job changes, inspections, material delays, or weather
  • Confirm job readiness prior to dispatch
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and superintendents
