Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in scheduling, preferably in a multi-provider practice/hospital/mental health office.
  • Location: 100% Remote.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and software tools.
  • Effective time management and multitasking.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Calm, courteous demeanor under pressure.
  • All offers are contingent upon passing a post-offer background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (5% pay incentive).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy by collecting and validating patient information to support compliant claims and timely payments.
  • Coordinate care by processing referrals, gathering intake documents, and scheduling appointments for our providers.
  • Verify insurance to confirm active coverage and avoid service disruptions.
  • Support clients and clinicians by resolving scheduling issues and acting as a key liaison.
  • Problem-solve and escalate unique challenges, serving as a trusted resource for your team.

Benefits

  • Starting pay: $22.00/hour + 5% bilingual Spanish incentive.
  • Paid Time Off: 4 weeks annually (pro-rated based on start date).
