We are looking for a strong communicator with advanced organizational skills to join the team in Nampa Patient Registration as a Scheduling Specialist! In this role, you will greet patients and family members, obtain all necessary information (demographic, financial, insurance, etc) and assist with completion of the registration process. You will primarily support the Infusion Services team and assist with scheduling tasks, payment operations, and ensuring the patient is cleared for service delivery. POSITION DETAILS: This Scheduling Specialist will primarily support the Cardio Rehab clinic at the Nampa hospital. The schedule will be day-shift, Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM. The clinic is located at 4400 E. Flamingo Ave., Suite 110 Nampa, ID 83687. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) to Five (5) years’ experience in area of expertise such as scheduling, financial clearance, or patient access. National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire. Must be proficient in the use of Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems & related software systems. Analytical Focus: Uses data analysis, research, and critical thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems. Project Leadership: May lead projects or teams, leveraging industry experience and subject matter expertise. Collaboration: Works closely with colleagues and leadership to improve program efficiency and patient experience. Reporting & Insights: Creates and distributes analytical reports, including visual data summaries and recommendations. Systems & Tools: Utilizes multiple software systems to analyze data, generate reports, and develop training materials. Compliance & Ethics: Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure ethical and safe practices. Continuous Learning: Demonstrates adaptability and a commitment to learning new processes and technologies. Requirements
