About This Role: The Scheduling Specialist’s main duty is to assist with scheduling required home visits on behalf of families who are receiving PCA services. The Scheduling Specialist will follow program guidelines, maintain professionalism when corresponding with clients, and assist the program with any administrative duties as they are assigned.
