About The Position

The Scheduling Specialist at FlightSafety International is responsible for providing comprehensive scheduling oversight for both internal and external customers, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This role involves coordinating regulatory and operator training requirements, managing client training schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of aviation experience preferred.
• Mastery of responsibilities of Scheduling Specialist, Associate level.
• Knowledge of aviation industry terminology and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with various management levels.
• Adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• General knowledge of MS Office Suite, TMS Systems, and CRM.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with scheduling software.
• Knowledge of basic scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling for customers/clients and send confirmations.
• Create and update customer/client accounts and information.
• Coordinate client training schedules and specific training needs.
• Verify training objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a back-up for TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform Export Compliance checks as needed.
• Collect and verify pre-training documents.
• Confirm attendance and training objectives with clients.
• Manage client retention programs.
• Interact with internal and external customers and regulatory agencies.
• Provide information on additional training opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Review country-specific guidance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assess, organize, plan, and assign resources for training events.
