About The Position

The Specialist, Scheduling Services provides event scheduling support for Professional Learning events for 95 Percent Group, including day-to-day monitoring of work queues, event scheduling, collaboration with team members, and timely and professional internal and external customer communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At leastfiveyears of experiencein educational services.
  • Threeyearscoordinatingor schedulingProfessional Learning eventsisrequired.
  • Exceptional attention to detail,including ahigh-levelof accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stronginterpersonalskillsthatbuildrelationshipsoftrustandconfidence.
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite skills,including:Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, including comfort with Salesforce reportsand scheduling.
  • Excellent communicationand peopleskills.
  • Acommunicationstylethatexhibitsthemissionandvaluesof95Percent Group and fosters effective team relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Event Scheduling
  • Manage New and In Process queues for Professional Learning plans for customers within assigned region
  • Schedule Consultants for Professional Learning Events
  • Collaborate with Regional leadersand Implementation Managersto document and track coaching plans and schedules
  • Send Confirmation Emails to customers with critical details for each event
  • Quality check Zoom links for accuracy
  • Serve on Emergency Response team
  • Deliver excellent experience for internal and external customers
  • Salesforce 
  • Ensure all event details areaccurateandtimely
  • Understand andfullyutilizeall features of scheduling tools in the system
  • Documentation
  • Utilize templates tomaintainconsistent andaccurateschedules and other tracking documentation
