We're looking for a Scheduling Manager to join our Community Based Services right now!
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care or human services or
Eight (8) years' related experience
Excellent administrative, organizational, and logistical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and effectively with multiple service lines and personnel
Strong data management skills and ability to develop effective new reporting
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
Assign shifts to employees in multiple locations and areas across service lines while understanding the person specific requirement necessary to ensure the highest safety standards.
Extract and manage scheduling information in order to place employees on time-efficient schedules, avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Communicate overtime needs with Managers and Directors.
Communicate with Managers and Directors regarding scheduling issues and concerns and maintain appropriate reports.
Provide accurate and timely updates to staff and employee personnel pertaining to changes in schedules.
Function as part of project team within and between service lines, working closely with managers, directors, and vice presidents.
Participate in regular management meetings. Communicate delivery system performance concerns and potential solutions for improvement.
Crosstrain to learn and function in scheduling and operations.
Provide direct supervision to Scheduling Assistant including providing performance feedback and facilitating a positive work experience.
