We seek a Scheduling Manager - OI for our ambitious Engineering team. Step into a leadership role guiding a premier group of Operations Improvement Engineers and help improve our Fab scheduling and staging systems. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver flawless memory and storage solutions that drive global progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field accompanied by 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Proven track record in project management and team development
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality improvement processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with collaborators

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a Business-related field accompanied by 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience in leading global initiatives and bringing to bear well-established methods
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Micron policies and HR collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Improve Fab efficiency by optimizing lot scheduling and staging systems
  • Manage and guide a team of Operations Improvement Engineers
  • Perform safety training, audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with AMHS hardware and software groups to optimize system performance
  • Manage projects ensuring timely completion of deliverables
