The Home Health Scheduler is on-site in the Duluth office and has the important duty of scheduling our clinical visits that enable patients to stay in their own comfortable surroundings while receiving industry leading care from our world class Nurses and Therapists. The Patient Services Coordinator is directly responsible for scheduling visits and communicating with field staff, patients, physicians, etc. to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care. The role also assists with day-to-day office and staff management. The position is on-site Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
