About The Position

To check each appointment to ensure that everything is correct, set our field experts up for success, and as well give our customers the best experience possible. The following areas to be checked will be the appointment card, actual placement of the route, and the customer card.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
Proficiency in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Communicating/Assisting Customers and Contact Center with scheduling needs.
Updating account information.
Answer questions and concerns from current and potential customers.
Scheduling appointments for customers that have special requests.
Help as needed with customer inbound/outbound calls.
Auditing routes to ensure they are 100% accurate for our field experts.
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager/Team Leader.
