About The Position

As an Online Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

  • Medical Terminology required
  • Experience with high volume calls
