About the position

The Scheduling Coordinator at Stocker Chevrolet is responsible for managing customer service appointments and ensuring a smooth communication flow between the service department and customers. This full-time position requires effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer systems to handle various administrative tasks related to scheduling and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answering Inbound Customer Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Scheduling Customer Appointments: Efficiently schedule service appointments for Service customers.
  • Verifying Appointment Parts Availability: Ensure that necessary parts are available for scheduled appointments.
  • Updating Outbound Mailer Manifests: Maintain accurate records of outbound mail communications.
  • Responding to Inbound Customer Relationship Managed Leads: Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in services.
  • Outbound Mail and Email to Customers: Communicate important information to customers via mail and email.
  • Outbound Phone Calls to Customers in Need of Service: Reach out to customers requiring service or follow-up.
  • Other Duties as Assigned by Manager: Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.
