We are embarking on an exciting new growth chapter that focuses on client service excellence, caregiver engagement, technological innovation, and growth in new markets. The scope of this position requires overall coordination of an assigned group of clients and caregivers, ensuring that client schedules are complete, caregiver schedules are optimized, and all are always receiving the highest level of services. This role involves frequent communication with clients, their families, case managers, and AHC staff members to ensure continuity and coordination of client care services. Responsibilities include adhering to Homecare policies and procedures, federal and state rules and regulations, and confidentiality guidelines as set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
