  • Accurately schedules and coordinates patient appointments for assigned clinics.
  • Work in a high call volume environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Analyzing provider schedules to ensure maximum capacity is met.
  • Obtains eligibility and benefit information in a timely manner.
  • Registers patients in EPIC including updating patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Uses appropriate text templates in the electronic health record.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older.
  • 1+ years of related customer service experience in the administration, medical, OR scheduling field.
  • 1+ years of related healthcare experience to include scheduling experience and in verification of eligibility and benefits.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
  • Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST from Monday - Friday.
