Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (Healthcare, home care, or medical office experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-changing environment
Responsibilities
- Assign nurses to shifts based on availability, skillset, and client needs
- Maintain accurate, real-time schedules in the system
- Act as the main point of contact for all scheduling needs
- Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally to staff and clients
- Ensure all scheduling data and assignments are properly documented
- Partner with clinical and leadership teams to support quality care delivery
