About The Position

In this position you will: Answer and operate a multi-line phone system Maintain and update the company database and calendars Act as a customer liaison to lead communications throughout the project installation timeline Ensure clear coordination between scheduling, production, and installation departments to provide an award-winning customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
