Scheduling Coordinator
About The Position
Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained Replace staff call-ins and call-offs Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart. Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas Nursing floor duties as allowed
Requirements
- Qualified Medical Aide or Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
- Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
- Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
- Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
- Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
- Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
- Nursing floor duties as allowed
