About The Position

Tuff Shed is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and Production teams at their Factory Store in Billings. Tuff Shed, established in 1981, is America's largest manufacturer and installer of storage buildings and garages, having built over one million buildings. The company utilizes cutting-edge green technology in its materials and manufacturing processes and holds multiple U.S. Patents.

Requirements

Successful prior experience working in logistics, coordination, project management, or a similar capacity.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects.
Hands-on computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to take on a role with a steep learning curve, learning product details to discuss offers and options with partners and customers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong math and communication skills.
Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Experience in JD Edwards software.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and sales consultants to coordinate and schedule Tuff Shed installations, predicting and resolving issues.
Prepare daily "packs" for product installation, including verifying orders, requesting materials, and creating purchase orders and waivers.
Act as the first contact with "Big Box" partners, responding to queries, managing the database, and assisting sales teams.
Understand and meet customer needs, recognizing special requirements and recommending appropriate upsells.
Assist the General Manager with various front office needs as they may arise.
