Trinity Solar is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the Wall, NJ Corporate Office. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying eligibility for solar and setting appointments between the energy consultants and customers.   • Analyze preliminary data to evaluate whether a home may qualify for solar incentives.
  • Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants.
  • Provide additional information to the customer as requested.
  • Provide professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Experience in customer service or scheduling.
  • Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
  • Must be open to a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
