  • Monitor and respond to on-call communications during after-hours and weekends.
  • Communicate with the scheduling team to minimize non-billed overtime and meet client care needs.
  • Perform scheduling administrative duties, including answering phones and transferring calls.
  • Send out On-Call Reports and document any issues in the ABS system.
  • Inform the Customer Care Manager and Branch Manager of any personnel issues via email.
  • Be available to fill a shift in the field if necessary.
  • Scheduling experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with caregivers and clients.
  • Ability to use technology tools for scheduling and documentation.
  • Experience in home health care administration.
  • Familiarity with ABS documentation system.
