Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling using technology tools to ensure proper business processes under the oversight of the Customer Care Manager and Branch Manager.
• Schedule field staff with the appropriate clients to meet care needs.
• Monitor and respond to on-call communications during after-hours and weekends.
• Communicate with the scheduling team to minimize non-billed overtime and meet client care needs.
• Perform scheduling administrative duties, including answering phones and transferring calls.
• Send out On-Call Reports and document any issues in the ABS system.
• Inform the Customer Care Manager and Branch Manager of any personnel issues via email.
• Be available to fill a shift in the field if necessary.
